I'M AN AUTHOR, TOO.
I've always been creating art but haven't always been writing. Looking for something creative to do after a day of painting, I thought I'd write a short story. Just like painting I lose myself in my work and become unaware of the passing of time. When I started to write I's start writing at twilight and find the morning sun rising and I was still at it. I found writing was as enjoyable and stimulating as writing.
Thus far I've written 2 novels, 1 nonfiction political book, and 5 art books highlighting my art. Only one has been published. I had the others all printed but not published. I use the author pseudonym, J. G. Cragg, when writing novels.
The Coming: A Message Whose Time Has Come
A Contemporary Christian/Romance novel
Sam Sara, a societal reject, might be better suited flipping pizzas in the Bronx, rather than struggling in his dubious role as the world's delivered.
God's consecration of Sam hardly prepared him for the continual stream of blunders, rejections, and mishaps in his new life. His attempts to pass on God's new message lands his pride in the trash, his foot in his mouth, or his body in the slammer at every turn.
Anne, desperate and afraid, becomes Sam's disciple after he saves her from an abusive husband. During their travels, she become convinced that Sam is no ordinary man, and when they find the Broken Spoke Ranch, their lives change dramatically.

Chasing Satan, Chasing Love, a love and discovery story about Ben, a 31yr old introvert living alone in Philadelphia, employed as an exterminator, a job he views with disdain. Socially withdrawn, he has never dated and is still a virgin. His very strict Catholic mother raised him, turning him against religion because of her extremism. As an adult, he becomes an atheist. Ben, however, is increasingly disturbed by the frequency of crime (evil) everywhere. When he discovers an Atheist group in Philly, he attends. At the meeting he's introduced to a lovely woman, Alex, also a non-believer. She captivates him, and for the first time in his life he longs to develop a relationship. Alex likes Ben, too, but her busy life cannot include dating. She has a small child and is attending university—coincidentally as an entomology major. Ben persists, and Alex finally agrees to attend a lecture by the anti-religious spiritual Master, Sam Sara, whose message focuses on truth over dogma, helping to bring spirituality into their lives. One day during a terrible snowstorm, a city snowplow struck Alex's car while she was on her way to class. I’m not going to spill the beans. If you want to find out what happened to Alex and Ben, you could treat yourself by reading the book. I assure you it is all quite amazing. This is a story of discovery, love, and new beginnings.
