Photoreal to Fauve

From breathtaking hyperrealism to loose and colorful fauvism, James "Kingneon" Gucwa's fine art takes on a journey to remember. Beginning his professional career as a gallery fine artist, he gained widespread recognition exhibiting paintings of the American Roadside featuring the neon monuments of a bygone era. When Harley-Davidson spotted his work he was quickly signed on as an "Officially Licensed" fine artist for the company. "Keep painting those great old neons but include a Harley," they told him.

More recently, James began to paint portraits in a looser fauvism style. He encourages those who enjoy his fine art to make contact as he accepts commissions and will usually be able to work within your budget.
